Blackline Training System
Goal - To adapt the WalkMe tool and training modules to help Blackline Safety employees and stakeholder. These tools help the company to find a way to approach the tool with a rewards based training system. The tool is an adaptation of Blackline Live's current training materials and pathways. These improvement for their training helps employees and shareholders have a better understanding on the modules and WalkMe tool that helps them gain a better understanding on how to use Blackline's portal. 
Project Statement - The journey map was created using Adobe Indesign that depicts the required and optional training pathways that is based on their role, and cross training. The various training pathways have stages of completion that uses a reward system that are used when the modules are completed. These training pathways are focused on the employee and stakeholder. The shareholders are developers or customers who rely on the Blackline Live's portal. The WalkMe tool is used as navigation to Blackline Live's portal where the WalkMe tool provides a step by step process that teaches employees and stakeholders on how to use it such as creating teams and testing alarms. The WalkMe tool also collects feedback from those who use the portal on ways to improve the application.
