About Me
I am an Information Designer who graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, specializing in Information Design.
My creative process is fueled by curiosity and a love of exploration, whether I’m crafting infographics that simplify complex concepts or painting pieces that reflect my personal vision. I am constantly striving to bridge the gap between information and experience, using design as a tool to communicate deeper truths and inspire change.
My passion for design began with my love of art. I grew up painting, scrapbooking, and sketching in a family that deeply valued creativity, greatly influenced by my father, cousins, and papa. Through my designs, I aim to create meaningful change by connecting with users—collecting data, crafting illustrations, infographics, and system maps. When I’m not sleeping, I’m honing my skills in painting, drawing, or exploring Adobe Creative Cloud. I enjoy creating bold, colorful designs that capture attention and engage audiences.
About Information Design
Information Design requires creation and delivery of data that is effective and efficient. An Information Designer presents simplified information to the audience which in turn creates a deeper and more meaningful understanding. Another aspect of Information Design includes displaying information in a way that will attract attention towards a particular group. Information Designers are able to communicate a form of truth instead of just an artistic appeal. An Information Designer uses tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud as well as processes such as prototyping, sketching, and photography.
