Calgary Transit “My Fare” App
Goal - To adapt Calgary Transit’s “My Fare” app to help improve how customers purchase tickets on their phones. The new pathways provide users with an easier and faster access to purchase their tickets and to save their information for future use.
Project Statement - The app was created using Axure to enhance the pathway and features. The app is an adaption of the My Fare app that was designed to provide feedback and improvement to the team of Calgary Transit. This app was designed to use Ethnographic research and task data with a user perspective. The new improvements are focused on improving their Information Architecture and adding features. These new features will provide users with an easier and quicker way to navigate on the app and features that enhance their needs. These features are a map, profile, and one card. This project was presented with findings and recommendations to help Calgary Transit of the City of Calgary.
