Precautions During Covid-19 Pandemic
Goal - To create a system map that shows the impact of COVID-19 that shows the drastic change for the senior population in the drastic change to their mental health. The map shows the change in the protocols and how shareholders were affected by the change of the seniors path to show seniors isolation. The shareholders include family members, employees, and services.
Project Statement - The system map was created on Adobe Illustrator to show the journey of senior’s who are living in retirement homes during the pandemic. Seniors are facing changes in protocols that are designed to protect them and shareholders from catching the virus. During each change of protocols, the map shows what shareholders are being affected and how each step has changed. The shareholder's path is highlighted by the colour and shape of how they are affected by the seniors path. The family members are coloured in purple, employees in green, and general services in red.
