Goal - To create a digital illustration of the House for the store, “A Very Delightful Boutique.” The digital illustration was designed for the sign posted outside. This will help encourage customers to become engaged and want to enter the store. The image provides customers a Illustration of a Victorian house that is a historical landmark of Okotoks.
Project Statement - The image demonstrates the ability to use digital illustration that involved designing signage for the branding of “A Very Delightful Boutique.” The process involved using the pen tool to trace an image of an image of the Victorian House with a pond underneath which the owner wanted as the store signage. By designing a well- constructed visual of the store, I was able to present Old Towne Okotoks and establish what the store owner designed for the brand. The design of the roof for the Victorian House demonstrates my understanding of 3D sketching dimensions.
